- Prices include maid service and are for the villa (not per person).
- For bookings of more than one week, add the individual week prices to arrive at the total.
- Daily rate is 20% of appropriate weekly rate but open to negotiation.
- Extended winter letting by negotiation.
- In the summer months commencement day is Thursday.
- 10% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 4 weeks before your departure.
It is a condition of booking that clients have adequate travel insurance cover.
